Food safety standards

Run by experienced quality professionals with more than 50 years of core Gherkin experience. Quality and food safety systems are laid down as per the global food safety standards. The factory is certified for global quality standard: FSSC 22000, Kosher, registered with USFDA, etc.

We have been audited by many customers and third-party agencies to ensure food safety and quality standards for their private label production.

The department has established the documentation process to comply with any GFSI certifications. Well-established chemical laboratory to analyse all inputs and the finished goods on a regular basis. Assocaited with accredited external laboratories to carry out tests of soil, water, pesticides, heavy metals, contaminants, toxins, residues, and microbial parameters on a regular basis.

A team of quality comprises local graduates who are trained and experienced. Check, analyze, and verify each batch of product and the raw material from each farmer. The team trained for HACCP, FSMA, FSVP, PCQI internal audits, etc. on a regular basis to ensure effectiveness, job satisfaction, and as a gesture of recognition. The traceability system established ensures the detection of crops up to farm level.

Good manufacturing practices, pre-requisite programmes, critical control points have been established and monitored in accordance with the global food safety initiative. Strict quality control programs, from agri-inputs to raw materials, packing materials, production, to storage , and dispatch are established and verified on a regular basis.
